My Story
I've worked out on and off throughout my life, but I wasn't at the time and knew I needed a kick in the butt. I thought I was doing pretty well with my eating habits - but like many of us do when we start to get to a "certain age", I was finding it harder and harder to lose weight.
My friend was a coach with The FASTer Way to Fat Loss, and when I saw the results she had, I decided to give their 6 week program a try. The results were fantastic, to say the least. I wasn't at my goal weight, but I knew I was well on my way there.
What I loved most about the program was that it made sense. There were no special shakes, bars, pill, injections or anything like that. Just whole food nutrition. I learned so much about food and how to use it to fuel my body.
And let me tell you, I. Love. To. Eat. (and I'm good at it!)
I was eating more food on this program than I ever had before, and I was losing weight! I also love that this program is completely sustainable. It's not about deprivation, and I don't have to cut carbs out of my diet.
I also am SUPER busy. I loved that they have live trainers that guide me through 30 minute effective workouts right from the comfort of my own home (or a gym...if I have extra time...someday). It was just what I needed to get me going and sustain it.
With my background as a physical therapist, and loving to help people, I knew my next step was to become a certified coach and help others who are struggling to lose weight and get on a healthier path.
